2. Shipments

The delivery cost is free*

For our shipments we use couriers specialized in furniture transport, which guarantee a professional service and great care of the goods, with guaranteed and insured deliveries.
The shipping cost includes the packaging, which is priorly carried out by us with great care, we adopt a safe protection system with the best packaging materials. The shipping cost is included up to street level.
All our shipments are insured. With the insurance, the customer has the right to the replacement of the purchased goods that show transport damage, however, as per specific rules.

To start the refund procedure, the customer must send an e-mail within 24/48 hours after receiving the package, specifying the conditions of the goods and the package and must include photos of the product where both the type of damage and the external conditions of the packaging are illustrated. Without the photos it is not possible to start the refund procedure.

*For places with particular delivery difficulties (mountain locations, small islands, ZTL, etc.) extra costs may be charged on the invoice, to be defined each time based on the delivery address.

!!WHAT TO DO ON DELIVERY OF GOODS!!

The customer is required to check the integrity of the package, in the event that there is any small damage in the packaging it is necessary to sign with “SPECIFIC RESERVE” writing the motivation (es open neck, damaged neck, wet neck, dent on the box etc…) and take a picture of the damage.

It is essential to do this, otherwise in the event of damage caused during transport, the courier cannot activate the insurance and Creo Design is discharged of any liability. If the package is visibly broken or wet, do not accept it.

3. Transport and deliveries in Italy

For the vast majority of orders we deliver directly without using couriers.
Small packages will be shipped via GLS or BRT courier.
The additional costs for transport will be calculated only for the area of the Venice lagoon and for the islands. 
The products will be delivered, from Monday to Friday, always by appointment, to the address indicated by the customer upon final confirmation of the order. Deliveries on Saturday or Sunday will be made only by our staff always by appointment, there are no additional costs.

Upon delivery, the customer must check the conformity and condition of the products, then verify the integrity of the packaging and that the numbers of the packages delivered correspond to what is indicated on the transport document. In case of anomalies, breakages or dents, they must be immediately notified in writing to the courier, making the following words: “the goods are collected with reserve because the packaging has” break in point x “or” dent in point y “etc … The reported complaints must be sent by email to bauhausinside.creo@gmail.com within 2 days from the date of delivery of the products. All reports received after the deadline will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration made, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared.

If the customer accepts the product and signs the transport document without affixing the wording QUANTITY / QUALITY CONTROL RESERVE, he will not be able to subsequently claim any damage due to transport.
If the goods were damaged and returned to us, we will return the repaired or replaced goods as soon as possible.
It is also possible to collect the goods directly at our warehouse-showroom, after having viewed the quality of the products, in this case a 1% discount will be calculated on the total purchased.

Please carefully check that the shipping address is correct in all its parts to avoid misunderstandings at the time of delivery. We remind you that it is VERY IMPORTANT to enter a telephone number so that we can contact you in case of delivery problems. If you think you are not at home during delivery times, you can indicate the address of the place where you work or that of a neighbor (you are sure to be at home) instead of that of your home.

Delivery times may vary from 2 to a maximum of 5 weeks depending on the type of product and stock availability. The product data sheets indicate an indicative delivery time that we undertake to respect.

4. Deliveries abroad / Europe

We ship to all countries of the European community.
Bauhaus Inside uses the shipment of goods for Europe via DHL Freight furniture transporter.
Small packages, leather samples and other small parts will be sent by DPD courier or by ordinary mail.
The cost of transport is 15% more than the total purchased with delivery to the street level. Prices are inclusive of VAT.

6. Guarantees

Each product is accompanied by its invoice including a WARRANTY CERTIFICATE.

We are sure of the quality of our products and we do everything to satisfy the customer’s needs as much as possible.

We will then review the product and assess whether the problem falls under warranty coverage. Following examination of the product, we will arrange for the product to be collected, repaired or replaced, and returned

Naturally, the conditions of the guarantee, in addition to the presentation of the invoice and the guarantee certificate, concern the storage and use of the products in an appropriate manner, which have not been tampered with or altered or cleaned with inappropriate procedures.
The warranties do not cover normal wear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by bumps or accidents. The warranties are not applied if the products have been placed in outdoor or humid environments where not foreseen. Unless otherwise specified, the warranties refer only to domestic use of the products. The warranties do not cover indirect or incidental damages.

7. Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the product is not intact, that is:

  • In the absence of the original packaging
  • In the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, instruction manuals, etc.)
  • In case of damage

The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for consumers (natural persons who purchase goods not for purposes related to their professional, commercial or entrepreneurial activity), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes related to the activity professionally carried out.

The buyer can withdraw within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, in the place indicated in the sale proposal, without applying any penalty. Within this period, the buyer may exercise this right by sending a written communication via email. If the buyer has correctly exercised the right of withdrawal, he will still be required to return the purchased goods to Bauhaus Inside within 10 working days from the date of delivery of the same. For compliance with this deadline, the date of delivery of the goods by the buyer to the shipper will prevail.
The return to Bauhaus Inside of the perfectly intact goods is an essential and necessary condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the buyer.
The supplier, having verified compliance with the methods and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal as well as the integrity of the returned goods, will reimburse the sums already paid by the buyer, including those paid as a deposit.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by the purchaser in the case of goods produced to measure or clearly personalized in a way that differs from the variations of sizes and/or colors expressly indicated in the catalog of products of Bauhaus Inside.

8. Information on Cookies

Cookies are not used to transmit information of a personal nature, nor are so-called c.d. persistent cookies of any kind, or systems for tracking users. On Bauhaus Inside, only technical cookies are used – including those of Web Analytics – for which, according to the law, no notification to the Customer is necessary because their purpose is exclusively the correct functioning of the site.

9. Processing of personal data

It is a notice for the processing of personal data that is provided pursuant to art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/03 (hereinafter the Privacy Code) for users of our site. The Data Controller of personal data relating to identified or identifiable persons processed following consultation of our site is Bauhaus Inside. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disclosed to third parties. The personal data provided by users who send requests for services are used only to perform the service or provision requested and are not disclosed to third parties unless the communication is required by law or is strictly necessary for the fulfillment of the requests.
